Hello Group...Hope all is well!  Here is a request to all of my JUMBO Investors that still deal in the Luxury home market.  The following requests are limited to only the areas listed below and waterfront is preferred as a plus  We will close in 35 - 60 days:
Miami-Dade
Broward
Tampa-(Hillsborough County only)
Clearwater
St. Petersburg
Orlando

60% LTV and Below                           50% LTV and Below

$1.2 Million and Below Homes          $1.6 Million and  Below Homes

Multiple Purchase  

4 or More Homes in the $400K range with LTV's of 35% to 50%.  

Please note that this is a request for multiple purchase in the areas listed above.  We would like to purchase a home from each area.  Please adhere to the LTV stipulation and don't send anything that is not negotiable to meet our Loan to Value requirements.  As always, thank you for your help and GOD Bless!
