Pretty boring looking 4 unit, right?  That's what I thought when I first laid eyes on this place.  What could I do if I bought these units to increase the curb appeal. . .I was stumped for a bit until I ventured into Old Towne East.  
 
Holy schnikies.  I slammed my car to a stop and hopped out with my camera in hand and a big smile on my face.
 
The identical buidling and someone turning it from boring to WOW!
 
    
 
It's the exact same building, except it looks really good.
 
How much would a similar facelift cost you to complete?  Maybe that's not the correct question to ask.  Let's try, how much would this facelift increase the value of the 4 unit?  Heck, how much more rent could you charge with the building looking like this?  
 
Just a thought.  
 
The price on this 4 unit is still $36,000 and as you can see from the identical, rehabbed property, there is loads of potential.
