Man, I'm glad the weather is finally starting to warm up!  Just in time for the big weekend. . .I trust you will have a great time and enjoy it with friends and family.

This is an area of the city that the Mayor has deemed a revitalization area and there are a handful of new houses along the street (with more on the way).

Each unit will rent for at least $500 a month so you work the numbers.
